| Feral Cat FOCUS was founded in 2003 by a group of dedicated volunteers who were concerned about the feral cat overpopulation problem in Western New York. From 2003 through 2011, approximately 7,000 feral cats were examined, spayed/neutered, and vaccinated at our clinics. This has prevented the birth of unwanted litters of kittens and allowed for socialized cats and kittens to be adopted into a home environment. Feral Cat FOCUS also has volunteers who educate caregivers about the necessity of proper care for feral cats, answer telephone inquiries via our hotline, and loan humane traps. Feral Cat FOCUS partners with Operation PETS: The Spay/Neuter Clinic of Western New York. This Clinic will provide spay/neuter services for feral cats. The Spay/Neuter Clinic of WNY is located at: 3443 South Park Avenue, Blasdell NY 14219, (see map).
